I came here as a guest of my son. The facility was clean and had a nice array of equipment and features. There were multiple treadmills with TVs. They had an overhead radio system. There were numerous free weights, machines of all kinds, a mat area for ground work, and a mirrored room for yoga and other classes. I think it would meet the needs of most people.
